Removing brickwork and replacing lintels

A single door brickwork cut out for a straight forward single skin construction, (i.e. a garage) would cost £170 including VAT. An additional £50 would be added if a new lintel was needed. Disposal of the bricks removed would be £50 including VAT.

A Dwarf wall/ Lower half of a flag side panel cut out would cost £80 per side including VAT and brick disposal.

A cut out for a set of French doors or Sliding (patio) doors if the top half has an existing window and beneath the window is brickwork would cost £200 including VAT. If below the window is rendered, we will need to make sure it is brickwork underneath the rendering. Brick disposal would be £70 including VAT.

Any other lintels or cut outs will be priced on a job by job basis.
